Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for active members of the Oregon Trail Electric Cooperative (OTEC) and their children who receive electric service from OTEC. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must attend an accredited vocational school, technical school, college, or university and be of good character. Applicants must demonstrate a coherent degree plan and a willingness to pursue a course of higher learning.
