Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for graduating American high school seniors from the 26 northernmost counties of the Texas Panhandle. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must demonstrate financial need and exhibit community service and outstanding leadership. Applicants may major in any field at the college or university of their choice. Recipients must maintain a 3.4 cumulative GPA while in college.
