This scholarship is for descendants of veterans. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be residents of Pennsylvania and attending a Pennsylvania college. The first scholarship is for an heir of a deceased or totally disabled veteran who served during the American Legion eligibility dates. The second award is for a needy (living) veteran who has served during an American conflict or war. Applicants must be college-bound.
