Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for high school seniors who participate in Posse community-based organizations. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must live in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, or Washington D.C. The nomination process begins in the spring of each year. Applicants should contact their local Posse office for details at the beginning of the year. Posse scholars win four-year, full-tuition scholarships to attend one of Posse's partner colleges or universities. Applicants must be in the first term of their senior year in high school and demonstrate leadership and potential. This scholarship is neither a minority nor need-based scholarship and is open to students of all backgrounds.
