This scholarship is for ARRL members who are residents of the ARRL Midwest Division (Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, or Nebraska). To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a general class amateur radio license or higher, attend an accredited four-year college or university, and pursue a bachelor's degree or higher in electronics, communications, or a related field.
