Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for graduating seniors from Moline High School in Moline, Illinois. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a 3.0 GPA, have participated in at least one sport in middle school or high school in Moline School District #40, and have displayed good citizenship. Financial need is not a consideration. Applicants must write an essay on one of the following topics: Looking Back at My Life, Looking at My Life Today, or Looking Ahead at My Life. Special consideration will be given to those with a connection to Richard J. Collins. Applicants should make reference to that experience.
