Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for residents of and graduates of high schools in Phelps County, Nebraska. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be planning a career in the field of agriculture and be enrolled full-time as first-year students in a minimum two-year program. Students with a parent presently serving on the PCCF Board of Directors or employed by the PCCF are ineligible.
