Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for employees of Pathologist's Medical Laboratory and Mission Hospitals Laboratories in Asheville, North Carolina, and their family members. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be a qualified employee or the spouse or child of an employee. Employees must have 18 months of completed service at the time of application in order to qualify. Applicants must be high school seniors or doing equivalent work, or high school graduates who are pursuing undergraduate, graduate, or medical school studies. This scholarship will be awarded based on financial need, academic achievement/potential, community service, extracurricular activities, and work experience. Scholarship recipients must attend an accredited college, university, community college, vocational, or technical school in the United States in the fall following the award.
