This scholarship is for students graduating from a high school in Tehama County, California. To qualify for this scholarship applicants must be enrolled as full-time students (12 units or more) at an accredited junior college, four-year college, or university beginning in fall 2013. Applicants must be pursuing a major in an agricultural or agricultural-related course of study with the intention of earning a bachelor's or advanced degree. Selection for this scholarship will be based upon demonstration of scholastic achievement, community activities, and work experience. Successful applicants must demonstrate a combination of great promise and a desire to work in Northern California following graduation.
