This scholarship is for graduate student leaders enrolled in and new professionals employed at colleges and universities in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, or Vermont. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must demonstrate significant leadership skills and abilities and have made significant contributions via volunteer involvement either on or off campus. Applicants must be US citizens.
