This scholarship is for seniors graduating from a high school in one of the following Texas counties: Anderson, Angelina, Bosque, Bowie, Camp, Cass, Cherokee, Delta, Ellis, Falls, Fannin, Franklin, Freestone, Gregg, Harrison, Henderson, Hill, Hopkins, Houston, Hunt, Kaufman, Lamar, Leon, Limestone, McLennan, Marion, Morris, Nacogdoches, Navarro, Panola, Rains, Red River, Robertson, Rusk, Sabine, San Augustine, Shelby, Smith, Titus, Upshur, Van Zandt, or Wood. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must plan to major in petroleum engineering, mechanical engineering, or chemical engineering at an accredited four-year university.
