This scholarship is for permanent residents of California who are enrolled or accepted for enrollment in a master's program in an ALA accredited library school. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be members of one of the following minority groups: American Indian, African American, Latino, Asian, or Pacific Islander. Applicants must demonstrate financial need, be US citizens or permanent residents, and intend to work in a California library upon graduation.
