Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for graduating seniors in the urban core of Kansas City, Missouri, or Kansas City, Kansas. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have experienced some adversity in their lives, demonstrate financial need, and plan to enroll in a two- or four-year college or university, vocational, or technical school. Extracurricular activities, community service experience, and letters of recommendation may also be considered. Recipients are expected to give back to the community by completing at least ten hours of community service each year they receive the scholarship.
