Scholarship Overview
These scholarships are for students who are permanent residents of one of the following northern New Mexico counties: Los Alamos, Mora, Rio Arriba, San Miguel, Sandoval, Santa Fe, or Taos. To qualify for these scholarships, applicants must have a 3.25 GPA, a 19 ACT or 930 SAT (1350 three-score), and be enrolled in or currently attending an accredited postsecondary educational institution. Applicants must exemplify Pete's spirit of leadership and community service. Financial need will also be considered. One four-year $2,500 award will be made in each of the seven counties served by the Los Alamos National Laboratory Foundation.
