This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors who live in Sharon, Connecticut, and have lived there for at least four years. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be motivated to pursue education at an accredited college, university, or vocational/technical/professional school in the United States. They must also be unlikely to have access to other scholarship resources because of average grades. Selection will be based on motivation in pursuing post-secondary education, significance of the award to the recipient (especially financial significance), and demonstrated character and contributions to the community.
