Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for Tennessee residents who are 25 years of age or older. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be entering freshmen in an eligible postsecondary institution or have not been enrolled for at least two years after last attending any postsecondary institution and are now enrolled at an eligible postsecondary institution. Applicants must be continuously enrolled at an eligible postsecondary institution in the fall and spring semesters and maintain satisfactory academic progress. Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 2.75 GPA after 12 attempted semester hours or required GPA at a subsequent benchmark. Applicants' parents' or independent student's and spouse's adjusted gross income must be $36,000 or less on IRS tax form.
