This scholarship is for matriculated undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled in a college or university in Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, West Virginia, or Western Pennsylvania. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must demonstrate significant leadership skills and abilities, hold a significant leadership position on campus, and make significant contributions via volunteer involvement either on or off campus. Applicants must have a 3.0 GPA and be US citizens.
