This scholarship is for graduating minority students who reside and attend high school in Loudoun County, Virginia; or St. John's County, Florida. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be accepted as full-time students at any two- or four-year college or university in the United States; have a minimum 3.0 GPA; and demonstrate financial need. Applicants must be US citizens.
