Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for minority students. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be at least college sophomores and be enrolled in a broadcast, communications, or multimedia program at a four-year college, university, or accredited community college in Oregon or Washington. Applicants may also be permanent residents of Oregon or Washington attending an out-of-state institution. Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and be US citizens.
