This fellowship is for college juniors who are interested in pursuing a foreign service career in the US Department of State. Women, members of minority groups historically underrepresented in the Foreign Service, and students with financial need are encouraged to apply for this scholarship. Applicants may be majoring in public policy, international affairs, public administration, business, economics, political science, sociology, or foreign language. Applicants must have a 3.2 GPA and be US citizens at the time of application. This scholarship can be applied towards the senior year of college and the first year of graduate study.
