Scholarship Overview
These scholarships are for students who are attending one of the 47 TMCF Member Schools (public HBCUs - Historically Black Colleges and Universities). To qualify for these scholarships, applicants must have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA, demonstrate leadership qualities and service experience, be recommended by a faculty or staff member of their current school, and apply for financial need using the FAFSA. Applicants also must be US citizens or legal permanent residents with valid permanent resident cards or passports stamped I-551.
