Scholarship Overview

This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors attending one of the following: any high school in Taylor County; Baird High School, Clyde High School, or Eula High School in Callahan County; or Robert Lee High School in Robert Lee, Texas. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have been enrolled and played varsity golf at a qualifying school during junior and senior year. Planned participation in golf at the college level is not required; this award is not based on applicants' golf proficiency and is not considered to be an athletic award. Selection is based on financial need, scholastic achievement, and potential for success in a college environment. Please note that if a student is planning to seek funds through an athletic scholarship at a university sanctioned by the NCAA, the student may not be allowed by NCAA rules to accept this award.
