Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for children of current, retired, or deceased employees of the City of Tyler Police Department in Texas. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be graduating high school seniors or previous graduates from a public or private high school. Applicants must have maintained a high school GPA of 3.0 or better and plan on attending an accredited college or university as a full-time student (enrolled for a minimum of 12 hours each semester). Applicants must demonstrate excellent moral character, diligence in studies, and a desire to make a worthy contribution to the community.
