This scholarship is for Hispanic graduating high school seniors from Hidalgo, Starr, or Cameron County, Texas. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must rank in the top 30% of their high school graduating class and/or have a minimum GPA of 80 or 2.5, meet the minimum SAT or ACT score requirements established by the college or university of their choice, be enrolled full-time at a US accredited college or university for the next four years, and be US citizens or lawful permanent residents with a valid social security number.
