This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors who are members of Vantage Credit Union, with branches located in Missouri and Illinois. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a Vantage Credit Union account in their name. To apply for this scholarship, applicants must submit an essay responding to the prompt: "Describe the importance of good financial planning. Provide an example of how good (or bad) financial planning has affected your life." Financial need, class rank, SAT/ACT scores, or grade point average are not criteria for this award. Applicants who have a full scholarship are not eligible for this award.
