Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for Vietnam Veterans who are undergraduate or graduate students attending a public post-secondary institution in New Mexico or eligible private institutions which include St. John's College and College of the Southwest. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be residents of New Mexico at the original time of entry into the armed forces or have lived in New Mexico for ten years or more. Applicants must have been honorably discharged from the armed forces of the United States and been awarded a Vietnam campaign medal for services in Vietnam during the period of August 5, 1964 to the official termination of the Vietnam conflict.
