This scholarship is residents of Wells County, Indiana, who plan to enter an accredited postsecondary institution within six months of receiving the scholarship award. Priority will be given to individuals who have chosen to enter college for the first time and are looking to advance themselves through a higher educational pursuit. Recipients may be full- or part-time students. High school seniors are not eligible for this scholarship.
