This scholarship is for students who attended a public high school within the city of Merced, California, for a minimum of three years, and who were residents of Merced County during the period of attendance. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have 60 college credits and/or junior status, and have applied for admission to a public or private institution of higher learning in the state of California, excluding community or junior colleges. Applicants must have a cumulative 2.8 GPA.
