This scholarship is for Washington State residents who plan to enroll full-time (12 credits per quarter or equivalent per semester) as college freshmen, sophomores, or juniors in the fall of 2013 at an eligible four-year college or university in Washington State. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a minimum 2.75 cumulative GPA and have already filed a FAFSA, if eligible. Applicants must have a family income that does not exceed: $39,000 for a family of 1; $51,000 for a family of 2; $62,000 for a family of 3; $70,000 for a family of 4; $78,000 for a family of 5; $86,000 for a family of 6; or $95,000 for a family of 7. International students, students on foreign exchange or visas, and out-of-state residents are not eligible.
