Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for high school seniors and current college students from Taylor County, Texas, or a contiguous county. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be members of the Texas Junior Hereford Association. Selection will be based on financial need, scholastic achievements, and potential. Scholarship recipients must enroll full-time at an accredited college, university, or vocational/technical school. If no member of the Texas Junior Hereford Association applies, this award may be given to an area student who has been an exhibitor at livestock shows, particularly exhibitors of Herefords.
