Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors residing in Ohio. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a cumulative 3.2 GPA. Eligibility is primarily based on financial need; the EFC on the finalized FAFSA Student Aid Report (SAR) must be 7,999 or less. Finalists must have at least a $3,000 "need" to receive this scholarship. Applicants must already know their career goal and be highly motivated to reach their goal. Applicants must also be planning to attend an accredited four-year post-secondary educational institution on a full-time basis by the end of 2013; the school of choice does not need to be in Ohio, but must have a program leading to a degree in the student's chosen field.
