To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a minimum cumulative unweighted GPA of 3.5 through the first semester of 12th grade; demonstrate a willingness for self-help during high school; demonstrate leadership, school service, and community service during high school; demonstrate financial need, but not restricted to lowest incomes; and be US citizens.
