This scholarship is for residents of the State of Utah whose parents or guardians have been or are incarcerated. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be graduating seniors or graduates of a Utah high school; have a GPA of 2.0 or above (preference is given to students with a 3.0 or above); be admitted or attending a two- or four-year accredited college, university, or vocational/technical school; and demonstrate financial need.
