Scholarship Overview

This scholarship is for residents of the city of Cleveland, Ohio, with mental challenges who aspire and have the potential to undertake college/university coursework at either the undergraduate or graduate level. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have an illness in one of the following categories: schizophrenia, mood disorders, or anxiety disorders. Applicants must be enrolled or accepted in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited Pell-eligible educational institution for full-time (12 credit hours) or part-time (6 credit hours) status per term. Applicants must have a household income of less than $100,000, be US citizens or legal residents with a permanent resident card or passport stamped I-551 (unexpired). Applicants must also have their treating physician's endorsement.
