This scholarship is for women who have demonstrated a commitment to advancement in the military or other public service careers and have demonstrated such commitment through life experiences. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have completed a minimum of 12 semester (18 quarter) hours of college education and have a 2.5 GPA. Applicants must be enrolled in a college education program leading to a degree. Applicants must agree to enroll for a minimum of six semester (nine quarter) hours of study each academic period and maintain academic standards. Three letters of recommendation are required to apply for this scholarship.
