  1. Step 1: Fill out a Cappex profile
  2. Step 2: Select the scholarship from the scholarships tab.
  3. Step 3: Post a video or a photo of your talent on a site such as YouTube or Flickr, or send essays or poetry to standout@cappex.com.
  4. Step 4: Send the Web link for your posting to standout@cappex.com.
