    The majority of the professors and doctors here are excited to teach. The students are ,for the most part, friendly and helpful to new students. AAMU's cleaning staff is very friendly. I have been blessed to have such great instructors for my classes.

    Studying at this institution is really worth the time and the money. Faculty and staff make sure that you are prepared for jobs after graduation. There are so many insternships and co-op opportunties available (especially for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics majors).

    No, go somewhere else. Seriously, if you're looking for the HBCU experience I would strongly encourage going to Howard or Hampton. Unless, your family has been coming here for generations I wouldn't advise attendance here due to personal experiences and experiences shared by other students.
