Albright College

Reading, PA, USA

Founded in 1856, Albright College is a 4-year liberal arts college in eastern Pennsylvania and the oldest institution of higher learning in its home county. Albright confers bachelor’s degrees in over 45 academic majors and also features an initiative called The Alpha Program to provide guidance to undecided students. In addition, students are required to attend a number of events known as The Experience that connect the lessons taught at the college to real world situations. Once a year, Albright hosts Diversity Week and schedules a number of lectures and workshops around that theme.

Room and Board The weighted average for room and board and other expenses is generated as follows:
  • (amount for on-campus room, board and other expenses * # of students living on-campus.
  • + amount for off-campus (with family) room, board and other expenses * # of students living off-campus with family
  • + amount for off-campus (not with family) room, board and other expenses * # of students living off-campus not with family)
divided by the total # of students. Students whose living arrangements are unknown are excluded from the calculation. What Students Are Saying

I love it! It is kind of expensive, but everyone is soo nice. You actually have to work for your grade.
Sharese from Reading, PA
Albright is a excellent liberal arts school. After my years I have already attended Albright I feel already well rounded in my major. The Albright community makes me feel at home.
Clayton from Lock Haven, PA
Albright College is more than just a place to learn; it is truly a home away from home. I have never been to a college that is as warm, inviting, and caring as Albright. In all honesty, I am inspired by something or someone new every day, whether it is a professor, the beautiful campus, or the bond of the Albright family.
