Categories Comments Great for these types of students Older adults, 21 yrs and older. The school is great for adults returning back to school.
Bang for the buck Amberton has very reasonable and affordable tuition.
What to do for fun The university have a campus in Garland and Frisco, TX which is very close to many restaurants, entertainment venues, lodging, etc.
Academic Rigor They offer numerous degree plans that fit well in todays leading industries.
Tips for prospective students Be sure to discuss your financial needs. They have several programs but FASFA is not one of them.
In three sentences I rate Amberton a 4 star university. I gave it only 4 stars because they do not accept FASFA but on all other levels they are a great school. The best part is that they have a deferred payment program.

Tips for prospective students If you are taking a distance learning program, you must be very self directed and motivated.
In three sentences I am a graduate student in the MS of Human Resources Training and Development program at Amberton. I have found the course work professionally relavent, academically challenging and of immediate value to my work. The instructors are equally professional experts and academically appropriate, all of my professors to date have had terminal degrees and direct professional experience.
