Categories Comments Food and Dining AADA has not special dining system, but I'm so much into cooking I don't need that.
Dorm Life I have not been to the dorm building, but judging my the information on the web it has all I need: across the street from the Academy building, has spacious kitchens and good laundries and security. Very convenient.
Academic Rigor It is pretty challenging to study in one of the most high-ranked drama schools of New York. However, I am only about to apply, so I cannot know for sure.
In three sentences I've only been to the main building and received a brochure from the woman on the front desk. I was amazed how much it reminded me home in Belarus, looking just like the theatre I've spent my entire childhood in. The atmosphere is wonderful; it is also in the middle of the City, which suits me perfectly.

Categories Comments Campus Safety Security is always a plus and thankful for AADA there is always Security on campus.
Clubs and Activities Student Council sets up fun events and such. They usually are fun if every student attends. It also gives the students a chance to see all the students outside of classes and interact with one another.a
Share any unusual traditions or locations on campus Rumors of Ghosts in the Theatres. Never had an encounter but have heard stories.
Bang for the buck Definetely worth it. Had a great time all throughout the year.
What to do for fun Explore NYC!
Food and Dining The school has no such thing as a food and dining plan, so that means you must provide for yourself. That tends to get pretty expensive, since it is located in midtown Manhattan.
Dorm Life The Academy House has its ups and downs, Like any regular dorm. I have heard stories, but I never lived on campus.
Tips for prospective students Be on time! Always! You're late when you're on time, you're on time when you're early! Also, be as open minded as you can be about all the new things and people you are encountering
In three sentences The school is all about the work, meaning you put in the work and they give you tools to better yourself as an actor and person. What you put into the school is what you get out. Those who put forth the maximum effort get the best results, and those who slack off and aren't into the program... well, they aren't benefiting much from the fantastic opportunity in front of them

Categories Comments Academic Rigor From what I've heard from students, the school has a top notch academic system.
In three sentences I've talked to people that are attending and people that work there. They're so helpful; and kind! And the school has so many opportunities for me.

Dorm Life i don't really know but i can imagine it is really nice.
Academic Rigor i don't really know but i suppose it is high.
Tips for prospective students contact the school an ask for anything you need. they are patient and really nice when it comes to answering any questions you may have.
In three sentences the webpage gives all the information you need. you can find everything you look for in it. it looks like an incredible school, but as an international student with money problems i believe they should have auditions in other countries, so students have the opportunity to even apply.

Categories Comments Great for these types of students artistic, committed, creative students. everything is available, you just have to want it and go for it!
Tips for prospective students have money. it is difficult to pay and money is becoming a reason against me going next january. there isn´t much help. specially for international students. New York is TOO expensive.
Will learn a lot I attended the Summer Program in 2010.
