Augustana College is a private, liberal arts institution founded in 1860. Located in Rock Island, IL, Augustana offers more than 90 majors and related study programs in the humanities and fine arts, natural and social sciences, and pre-professional fields from engineering to law to medicine. Students all have access to Augie Choice, which provides $2,000 to support study abroad, research, or complete an internship. Augustana students also have access to CORE, providing step-by-step advising for everything from Augie Choice to community service to career and grad school preparation. Outside of academia, Augustana’s location within the Quad Cities provides Mississippi riverfront views, yearly festivals, cultural events, and more.
