With campus a short distance from Lake Huron and the St. Clair River, The Culinary Institute of Michigan is an affiliate of Baker College in Eastern Michigan. All students at the institute study the culinary arts taught by a faculty made up of award winning chefs. To supplement classroom instruction, The Culinary Institute provides hands-on training at the campus student-run restaurant called COURSES. Students can also opt to live on campus, in a residence hall just steps away from classroom facilities.
