Take advantage of the events on campus to make new friends and become involved. It's a fairly small campus so getting integrated sooner with only benefit your overall experience. Reach out to your teachers - they want to get to know you and once they do, they will keep you updated of great opportunities. Don't be afraid to try new things; you never know where you'll find your niche.

Good school is you're into music. Nursing program is amazing. Not a very popular school for Greek life but is great if you're into hipster things and music stuff.

Go to Belmont. The community at Belmont is so welcoming and there are just so many genuinely good people. Opportunities are endless and you will not regret becoming a part of such an amazing family. And don't be afraid to try new things; even if you are certain about your major, still go and take a course completely different from your major and try something new. Even if it's a tiny one-credit course, it may be worth it in the long run.

Go to preview days if you can. There you can meet professors of every discipline and see the culture of the school. Also try to attend a basketball game because they're so much fun!
