Biola has some events (Nationball, Midnight Madness, Heat of the Night, Masquerade, Deck the Haven), and everyone should go to those. Beyond that, Orange County and LA are both really close, and there's a lot to do between those two areas.

Fun is always a question away, sometimes you walk into the fun and the coolest people appeal to you! This comes specifically through the various clubs that are on campus. There are many focuses and subjects that have organized clubs, from Mixed Martial Arts to crafts and knitting! This is the spot!

Hang out at Commons, enjoy the Eddie, watch a soccer game, go swimming in the pool, or DISNEYLAND.

There is much in the area to do for fun. Disneyland is less than a half hour away. You have Huntington and Seal Beaches down the road in that much time as well. There's the Anaheim Angels and Ducks for baseball and hockey, respectively. A little further away you have Hollywood and the rest of Los Angeles before you, with the limitless opportunities for fun in those cities There are several shopping centers nearby if you enjoy going out and having a good time that way. If you are on campus, I would encourage you to look at opportunities on campus to have fun as well.

There is a large public park as well as a dollar theater near the campus. Also, there is an authentic taco restaurant and a Cold Stone ice cream shop. On campus, there are pool tables. Biola has GYRADs (Get Your Roomate a Date) that can be fun. You will pick a date for your roommate and your roommate will pick a date for you. Then, your whole floor will go somewhere fun and hang out.

There are many, many, many different options about what to do in your free time. You can play a huge range of sports, including baseball, basketball, soccer, volleyball, archery, and running. Also, if you want to hang out with friends, there are many dope places to hang out, including the dollar theater, starbucks, and the SUB (Student Union Building)

Again, get involved. If there are not any clubs your are interested in, go to events (there are a many of these). Biola's location lends many opportunities for off-campus fun. Theme parks, the beach, theaters, and malls are not too far off, and Biola offers a shuttle for students without cars.
