The teachers here are amazing and really know their stuff. Because this school is a religion school, you can definitely feel the spirit and it's great because it's a constant thing. The teachers here are great at teaching, telling you what you need to know, and tying our religion into everything. It makes the classes very interesting.

I'm curious as to the difficulty of the classes here; are they really as easy as all of my friends say they will be? I don't want it to be too easy at college. Also, is there a dance team, or can you only dance in this college if that's what the main focus of your education is? I'm also curious as to whether it would be smarter to board at home (since I'm only 20 minutes away), or if I should board at the college. Eventually, I want to stay in the dorms on-campus, but I don't know if it would be good to start off that way.

Although BYU-I has a reputation for being super easy compared to the other BYUs, this is not necessarily true. Because of its smaller size, professors are able to know your name and actually care about you and your education. Trust me, being able to go to a professor and have an hour long conversation will do wonders for your education.

I want to go here and I haven't been able to find information on what this school's forte is. Is this a good visual/performing arts school? Oh, and this site wouldn't let me submit a comment without starring the required spots... so yeah.

BYU-Idaho has a special, and friendly spirit on campus. Tuition is inexpensive, but the classes are of high quality. Students are given many opportunities to participate in campus activities of a wide variety.

BYUI is a great university offering a number of varying degrees. They accept transfer credits from most other universities in the USA. They also offer relatively small class sizes for a more intimate education.

Maybe it is different for on campus students but I had a terrible experience as an online student. Now in January after the fall semester I still have not received my fall financial aid. I was super sick and hospitalized during the fall semester so I presented a note to the school- professors were understanding but the school wasn't... I was placed on academic probation (and never notified of it), advisors stood me up 3 times when I made apts to meet with them. So glad I chose to attend a local school instead now and I will never go to school there again.
