You can take the bus from campus and go shopping or walk around campus and find some students performing at the theatre or a band doing a show on campus.

Since CSUF is a commuter school, people will generally just go to their classes and leave. On campus there is the TSU which has bowling. The Rec Center is my favorite place, because there are a lot of options, it has regular gym equipment, basketball courts, rockwall, and fitness classes. Another place I love is the Arboretum, it is right behind housing, you can really feel connected to nature and the gardens are absolutely beautiful. If you drive you are really close to Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm. The mall is near by as well, and there's a lot of food places near by. If you don't drive you're kind of just stuck, because you will have to walk miles to get to places.

There is always an ASI activity going on as well as hundreds of clubs and inter mural sports if you really want to make friends. The underground bowling seems to be popular as well.

There is a lot of things to do for fun! You can go Rock Climbing for free at the Rec Center. You can also join clubs with your same interests and do a lot of fun activities that you will enjoy. There is also downtown Fullerton where you can go with friends to a cafe or shopping.

I've made many amazing friends by joining clubs and being a part of on campus activities. It is a beautiful campus and I love all the colors when the flowers are in bloom. I like a vast majority of my professor's and feel comfortable approaching all of them.

Bowling, arcade, gym, arboretum, lounges, plenty of club activities that are for socializing. There seems to be an associated students event/tent up every week for events/food/music. The plays, concerts, and musicals are great.

You can go to downtown Fullerton where there are all sorts of shops and restaurants. Disneyland is about 20 minutes and the city is about 40 minutes away.

There are so many things. I'm in a sorority and several clubs and it's really easy to meet people here. Downtown fullerton is a fun place to go to get Boba and go shopping or out to eat. There's a mall just ten minutes from campus and a movie theater (where I work) near downtown fullerton. Depends what you like to do.
