I have attended Cal State San Marcos since Fall of last year. The greatest thing, in regards to the learning environment at Cal State San Marcos, is that students get to feel like a student and not just another number. The classes are rather small- medium size, about high school size, depending on where you went to high school, which allows students, should they choose, to develop great relationships with their professors. • I am accepted here and planning to attend soon

I have been to the campus with a good friend and am looking forward to beginning my Grad Program. The layout of the campus and the smaller student population size will be beneficial for having one on one time with professors and accessing student resources without too much hassle. I also know Ill be getting a lot of steps in during the day; there are long walks and many stairs from the parking lots to the campus!

Once you enter the campus you are welcomed with positivity and smiles from the students and the teachers. It is easy to find your classes and first-year classes are not the big. Teachers are very helpful and they are always finding the best way that helps the students learn.

It is a small school that allows you to have personal relationships with your professors. We have beautiful housing that is brand new! Great commuter campus or for dorming, there are so many cool cities to visit around it as well.
