I am in the Schools Honor program and am learning so much from all of my honors and non honors classes. most of my teachers have been very helpful and they all know what they are talking about and are enthusiastic about it. I am also learning a lot about life outside of the classroom here. Central provides a great environment for getting used to living away from home. The RA's and RD's are very helpful if you have room problems or if you just are looking for suggestions about school or activities you should attend I am learning how...

CCSU, from my perspective, is the type of school where you have to search to make things happen. There are in fact many clubs at the school but not much advertisement is done so that people could know they exist. On the academic side, the teachers only care if you show that you care.

CCSU impressed me a lot. I loved all of my professors that I had and was glad I took the classes that I did. I really liked the way the curriculum was set up.

Central Connecticut State University is about an 8 out of 10 because, first of all, it is a very small university, so getting to class can be done in less than 6 minutes of walking. Also, this college is one of the cheapest college in the state of Connecticut. Many would think this college is not very fun since there are a lot of commuters, so it is quite empty on weekends.

I love the atmosphere of this campus, you can basically get along with everyone. Since it is a smaller campus you feel a bit more like a family. The classes are challenging but also very interesting. Their music program is also amazing! (future music teacher speaking)

Applying was the easiest;from then on I have had nothing but problems trying to familiarize myself with everything. I have to say though that staff is very helpful and will work with you for the most part.

It has no parking during midday classes. Most opportunities you'll have to find for yourself, but advisors will be there to help once you've found them. It is a must to go to rateyourprofessor.com for this school. Teachers range from extraordinary to down right awful and racist.

Great atmosphere of learning and community. Teachers, advisers, and staff all want to see you succeed and help in any way to get you to achieve that goal. Great quality school, low tuition cost, and best path to success.

The college is a commuter friendly atmosphere. The teachers are willing to help students, before or after class, if they have any questions. The interface for the class with blackboard learn is user friendly and is easy to access everything that the teacher/instructor posts.

Central would be great for hard working students who also like to have fun and make friends. It is a perfect size campus for feeling comfortable around everyone and getting to know a lot of people its small enough to walk across and is very pretty so if you like walking it is a good campus because we have a park rite off of campus. It is also a great campus for students who want to be teacher because it has the reputation of being one of the best teaching colleges in Connecticut.
