This school is cheap if you live in state. I came from out of state and they told me I was getting FULL financial aid...every week they shut off my meal plan claiming I owed them money, when they told me I was all set. They told me my bill was completely taken care of. Then they kept hitting me with more and more bills out of nowhere. They informed me THREE days before an apparent $900 payment was due, that it was due. I had NO idea about this because they told me multiple times I owed them no money. My roommate and I both left this school because it was so horrible.

Community colleges are open to the members of the community so you would be interacting with people of all kinds and ages like one would in the real world. The mix of students is very diverse and it is a good chance to work with different types of people. The faculty, staff, and students of CMCC has created a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
