    Some helpful tips, the library has computers and printers that you can use for writing papers so don't be afraid to use them. The teachers all have emails so if you have questions no matter how stupid they are more than happy to answer. There are a lot of scholarship that are available to you and you can have a better chance of gaining them if you join a group like phi theta kappa or the honors program.

    If you are a student looking to enroll at Cerro Coso I would advice you to do so but we aware that you are completely in charge of what you do. I would talk to a counselor and set up a long-term education plan so you know that you are on the right track to transfer or graduate. Take classes that you need and be focused and motivated, but at the same time, have fun and enjoy yourself.

    My tip for all students in any college is don't slack off. College can be difficult if students make it difficult. If we postpone assignments to the last minute then of course the material will be difficult to learn.

    Discipline yourself-do not take the easy way out! Extra credit is great, and always challenge yourself. Cerro Coso can really help prepare you for a four-year college later on. Most, if not every, class is transferable.
